DescriptionJanome 230DC.Janome 230 DC is ideal for sewers who want the features of a electronic/computerised machine, but without lots of stitches.It has 30 stitches including utility stitches, blind hem stitch for invisible hemming, stretch stitches, overcasting for neatening raw edges, decorative stitches and 3 different automatic one step buttonhole (put the buttonhole in the back of the foot and it will do the exact size all one go). There is more emphasis on decorative and quilting stitches than on utility, making it great for patchwork and quilters.Stitch number, width and length are displayed on the LCD screen, which also displays the correct foot to use for the stitch selected.Stitches are easily selected and automatically set themselves to the right length and width for that stitch. These can be adjusted with the stitch length and width buttons.
