Air Turbo lapper An Air Turbo Lapper is an air reciprocator similar to Diprofil filing machine. We sell three types: 0.3mm or 0.7mm or 3.00mm stroke length depending on the application. The smoothest air reciprocator on the market, light weight with low vibration. Comes complete with holders for holding stones and ultrafine ceramic stones. Types available: 0.30mm stroke length = 30,000 strokes per minute. Machine weight 220g, finer stroke length suitable for Ultra fine ceramic stones. Similar to Ultrasonic polisher but cheaper. Good for polishing and EDM removal on mould and dies in detailed areas 0.7 mm stroke length = 28,000 strokes a minute, machine weight 220g, suitable for many applications polishing, cleaning with Ultra fine Ceramic stones. 3.00mm stroke length = 10,000 strokes per minute. Weight 370g, higher torque machine, longer stroke suites for lapping bigger surfaces and excellent for deburring and chamfering works of die casting parts. Great for using with diamond files, a real time and wrist saver. Uses: Detailed polishing and cleaning of mould tools and precision parts. Polishing and cleaning up to edges, mould tool slots and also tight corners can be cleaned as the stroke length is so short. But it is a very powerful machine and very detailed parts can be cleaned and polished quickly – much faster than polishing by hand and still keeping the mould tool flat!
