Audacia Chenin Blanc – No Added Sulphites, is a brand new wine from Trevor at Audacia, produced via his patented method of using the native plant Roobois as an anti-oxidant, negating the need for any added sulphites.It has already been awarded a gold medal (Gilbert & Gilliard).Full in the mouth with good body while still being clean and fresh. Concentrated flavour of honeydew melon, gentle acidity and a long finish. It is delicious and we expect this to be a big hit!
