The Pinot Grigio bright yellow with lightly golden tones. The nose is intense with ripe yellow fruit notes reminiscent of peach and apricot and tending towards an almost tropical fragrance. The fragrant alcoholic notes with nuances of crusty bread and acacia honey, complete this wine, bestowing finesse and substance to the bouquet. The palate is full in both body and flavour, delicately smooth yet with a bold structure, bringing balance and long-lasting taste, enhanced by a refined fruity aftertaste.
