USAGE INSTRUCTIONS 1. Thoroughly rinse Moisture Wrap Permanent Wave Booster from hair. 2. Place cotton strip around client?s hair line and saturate each rod with Wave Lock Conditioning Neutralizer. 3. Place a plastic cap over client?s head and process 3-5 minutes. Do not use hair dryer. 4. Rinse rods with tepid water and towel blot. 5. Remove rods and rinse hair again. 6. Apply Milk & Honey 6-N-1 Reconstructive Conditioner and process at room temperature for 10 minutes. Plastic cap optional. 7. Rinse thoroughly. 8. Apply Define & Shine 2-N-1 Dry Finishing Lotion and Mist & Shine Dry Finishing Spray to further moisturize and condition. Warning: You must follow directions carefully to avoid skin and scalp burns, hair loss and eye injury. Do not use if scalp is irritated or injured.
