Xebec Brushes Crosshole Xebec Brushes Crosshole deburring brushes use the centrifugal force generated by rotation, the brush tip deburrs and creates a finished edge. Can be used in rotary tools as well as mounted in CNC machines capable of 8000 min-1 upwards. Use at 7,000-12,000 min-1. Essentially can be used with any speed controlled rotary tool however it is not suitable for an air tool. These brushes use abrasive ceramic fibers instead of abrasive grain. One single bristle consists of 500 -1,000 ceramic fibers which work as cutting edges, providing excellent cutting ability.
