Engineered for use with abrasive nylon brush systems like the RODA Bore, this mandrel enables deep access into bores, cross-holes, tubes, and precision cavities without sacrificing tool stability or performance. RODA Bore offers greater reach and accessibility than Xebec Extended Deburring Tools and at a fraction of the price! Manufactured from hardened steel, this long-reach mandrel is built for high-speed use in both manual and automated CNC operations. The reusable design means you can easily switch out abrasive discs or brush heads – reducing tool changeover time and keeping costs down over time. Simply remove the hex bolt with an allen key to easily swap and change the abrasive nylon discs, changing sizes and abrasive grades to suit your needs. This unique feature makes the RODA Bore an extremely cost-effective hole deburring tool – all you need is a mandrel and our refill packs. Similar to the MM506 mandrel, but with much greater reach and accuracy for down hole deburring. Compatible with standard drills, hand tools, CNC machines and more… (6mm chuck required) this tool is a staple for professionals and hobbyists alike. Sizes: Both mandrel sizes are 6mm in diameter.
