Why not join Nicola from Stonehenge Bears to make a gorgeous jointed mohair monkey, swan, bear, penquin, panda, bunny or sheep for yourself or a loved one in a day. Nicola is renowned for her beautiful bears and classes throughout the Southwest so you’ll be in excellent hands on this workshop.The bears are made with mohair and fabric and all materials are pre-cut for you to purchase on the day and tools are provided.Finished height (sitting): 23cm (9″)These are sewn mostly by machine although some hand sewing is required to sew up the limbs after stuffing and embroider the nose. Sewing machines are provided and step by step guidance given.Kits are available to purchase on the day if you wish to make more at home.Numbers are limited to ensure plenty of individual guidance.You will get a pattern and full instructions to take away so you can make your own at home afterwards.It will be a full day in Nimble Thimbles and you will need to be confident using a sewing machine, which is provided.This class is made with fabric identical or similar to the creatures in the pictures and packs of materials will be made up for you to purchase on the day at a cost of £45.
